I am kind of new to this and I have a question.
I noticed that my receipts from FB and Freshco do not give a upc on the receipts or a good description as the receipts you might get from RCSS or Walmart. For example, I bought the Sponge towels Ultra but on the receipt it just says Sponge Towels and no upc. Would I have any problems getting my offer if the description on the receipt is so vague?

Should be NO PROBLEM. I had the same question on the Sponge Towel & Cashmere Toilet Paper deal, and all of them were processed automatically. You might encounter a reject, but it's as simple as phoning them and they may ask you to send a photo of the product. I've purchased over 100 of these paper products at those stores, and none of the receipts were rejected.

Walmart is selling the Off! Power Pad Refills for $5. The product can no longer be viewed on walmart.ca. When in Walmart, check for the refills. It's not a money maker, pay $5 get back $5, so you just end up paying the tax.

I need your advise! At the end of Aug I purchased the Garnier shampoo and conditioner from RCSS for $2.98 then redeemed the $1 each and bonus $2wub 2.. and I used a coupon in the store. Everything was approved until I requested a cheque and it went to their secondary 'auditing' team where they said I didn't buy any of the products. I called their customer service number and they said they see on the receipt that I did purchase them however the description is the type of shampoos (silky...volume..) and not Garnier Shampoo. Furthermore they said the offer was 1 per account and I 100% know that it was unlimited. They said they have escalated it to get reassessed.. has anyone ever experienced this?

My problem is with the Huggies pullups offer.
Limit is 1 per week. I claimed 1 on Sept 16.
So, my offer now says "USED, Limit 1 per week. You can redeem this offer again the next calendar week." Asked on facebook what snap's calendar week is. Told Sunday to Saturday.
Called snap yesterday to ask why offer still says 'used' as we are past Sunday. She said it's one per week so Wednesday (today) it will be on again. One week from my last claim. (16th - 22nd).
Rep had no idea about the 'calendar week' stated on my app. Asked me to send her a screen shot, but I don't know how. Someone there put the limit message on anyways.
Today's Wed and it still says used.
What a bunch of bull****
update: just called snap again. Apparently, if I submitted at 4pm on the 16th, then offer stays 'used' until 4pm on the 23rd.
