i had two horrific incidents happened to me at the TTC recently! one women yelled at me, when i exited the train.... she wanted me to take the newspaper i was reading, she bellowed out " pickup the paper, you brought it in here now take it out!!! onlookers had a look of shock!
and another involved an elderly eastern european women, who asked me for directions.... i couldn't understand her thick accent and she raised her voice very angrily and spat when she asked me again for directions. i was so disgusted, as soon as i got to my workplace i washed the front of my coat and hair outThis thread is currently associated with: N/AYou can't change other people. Now if you had brought that paper with you, you could have rolled it up and gave the woman a smack!

..you should have slapped the woman who spat on you
The first woman was also very rude , technically what she said was right , but there is a way to politely say it & its not her job to say that . Its between you and the TTC.
I actually like it when people leave a paper behind on the bus or subway , it gives me something to read & saves me money ..I have even found cpn inserts in them..ha ha ha

LOL! Might want to give your thread a new title. Everywhere other than Toronto, TTC stands for "Trying to Conceive". That your story took place on the subway was a little shocking!
