It actually does. Of course it's in between stays so it's clean when you arrive but hey I'll take what I can get. lol

FIL & BIL used to live in Winnipeg. We went to visit them over New Years Eve one year. NEVER AGAIN! lol. It was soooo cold. The snow banks were over my head and half the roads weren't plowed. We ended up staying in on New Years because of the unsafe driving conditions, which was a bummer. We did get to see a fair amount of "attractions" but it was too cold to enjoy.

DH and I have been saving for this trip for quite a while and we've made a lot of sacrifices (one reason why he spent almost 2 years travelling for work - pay off post secondary debt and have some savings for a family trip). Even so we didn't have enough money to go this year as planned so we planned for next year. My mom surprised us that she wanted to see the kids go to Disney world so she offered to pay our airfare (as our Christmas present this year).

Between free airfare and splitting the house cost by 3, it's much more affordable. We're looking at paying about $3000 all in (car rental, 1/3 of the house, the added hotels, Park tickets, food, etc).

I highly recommend renting a house with a group. Some of the house are insanely large for great prices plus you can do grocery shopping and eat meals at the house. Almost all have their own pool. So it turns out cheaper and you get more privacy/freedom.

$10 seems to be standard here- but I guess like everything else- It really depends where you are from.

Hailey charges $5 per child she has first aid CPR and kitchen safety courses so she's pretty busy around here for jobs.

    ahhhhh.... What a night!!!!!

As some of you may know I live in a 4-plex. Well on Monday we got new neighbors. The first night they werent here. The second night (last night/this morning) wa the WORST night we have ever had with new neighbors!!! Hubby and I got woke up at 130am by DD who said they were making so much noise, yelling, slamming doors, ect, she couldnt sleep! We said "there is really nothing we can do, sorry. Try and go back to bed" Well when the alarm goes off hubby is saying "is morning already!". Luck for me I slept through everything except DD coming in. Apparently they were in and out slamming the back door all night, yelling inside and out, and had company here till 330am!!!! Both hubby and DD were woken up at 130, 230 and again at 330am!!!! They also have 2 little kids in the house throughout all of this!!!!!

DD is home from school in bed because she said they is no point her going to school to be dragging her butt and not paying attention because she is so tired, hubby went to work feeling like a zombie, and DS woke up sick!!!!!

Oh and the other thing that got me last night. I stepped outside before bed and every single window in their suite, including the very long, skinny one beside our front doors and the crescent sized window in the door is covered!!!! The big picture window has a big dark sheet or something over it! There is no way anyone can see in their suite!!! Has me wondering just a little bit!

Everyone keeps saying "give them a few days the get settled", well if this is getting settled they'd better be mice after this cause I wont but up with BS and will have the cops here nightly if thats what it takes!!!!!

I almost didn't send the tissue because I was worried it might pass it's scent onto everything else. I hope it was ok. Also I was worried about the nail polish, you had said black and I didn't realize till I got home that it was black sparkly lol.

No its totally cool! The box smelt a little vicky but very lightly! (if that makes sense) I showed DD the polish and she thought it was "very cute" so it passed the 16 yr old test LOL!
