oh thank you so very much loooocie
that silly buy frozen dinners logic that i noticed is the norm
in the states - now has me craving this

yikes sorry is sort of large - it's mac n cheese and a filet of fish combo
and is very tasty - not sure how bad it is for one but,, i have some
maybe left in the freezer in chicago ppphhhttt
    thinking i might make a cottage pie/shepards pie since i couldn't
figure out just how to smuggle those fish thingys up here
if you have some spare time

I was just being lazy and tried these:

Need to toast twice in toaster but they came out nice and crispy. I put with some chick peas and corn.

Homemade pizza as well eh Tudor? Were you inspired by Loocie or
    vice versa ?

Today I made some gargantuan stuffed mushrooms, filled with a mixture ( sun dried tomato/basil tuna, mayo, garlic, bread crumbs, celery seed, coriander ) topped with grated cheeses, thin slices red onion, green/red pepper and Roma tomatoes. When they were all cooked through I broiled the tops, they looked like sliders ( burgers) instead of mushrooms, but they went so fast!

Last night for supper - tomato sauce with ground beef and onions, with pasta. Marinated veggie salad. Yes, it was simple, but I cooked! (hurt a bit after, but ended up okay).
