lucy16076, you can try:

1. switching up your postal code..just go up a number, with your same address, example: if your postal code is L6R 1A1, type in "L6R 1A2" with your correct address, (it should get there)

2. get another email address, for sampling, i have a couple..so it doesnt matter how much spam i get. you can use gmail, sometimes they want to verify with a phone number, tho..there is also msn, mail.com, yahoo..etc. sometimes with a different email address they will allow you to sign up again.

3. if you have a parent or relative that you visit, ask if you can have it sent there!

4. it ~could~ (and rarely with sampling), be your computers ip address, failing everything else, if you really want a sample, you can try from a different computer, or from a different wifi connection if you are using a wireless device. (tablet/smartphone)

(..this is because you said it had been half a year since your last sample! ..they have allowed me to apply for the same sample twice in 6 months.) :email::present: :behindsofa:
