(1) laughing cow herb and garlic -love this cheese 2.79-1.00 cpn=1.79

It's not a new thing. Target policy is 4 same Manufacturer coupon/ Target Coupon per person per day. This has been in their policy from day one. Although a lot of times couponers are allowed to use more than 4 of the same coupon. The cashier did the right thing by doing it in separate transaction. Although it violates the rule of "per person per day" but still he did not loose the customer by refusing
