finally got around to watching Butter ( Jennifer Garner ) I had it taped for a while. I would honestly say I was turned off by some parts of it, but to be fair it was o.k. so I'll give it a 7.5/10
Funny thing is DD and I watch the show Black-ish all the time and we GUSH at how adorable all the kids are on that show. Anyways, the young girl in Butter is the same actress that plays Zoey ( the teen daughter in Black-ish ), Yara Shahidi. She was so good in the film, very natural.

little bit of a letdown, watched it on the computer off YouTube, it was called Unthinkable with Samual Jackson, Michael Sheen and although normally this type of content ( torture/military ) FBI related story lines are not of interest to me, I just wanted to see what roles the real life brother and sister ( Sayeed Shahidi and Yara Shahidi ) played. Although adorable, they were not in it that much ( whew! ) I would say my DH would give this a 9/10, but I could not actually watch most of it, ( well eyes covering ), so I say 7.5/10 ( and THAT was for the crappy ending that ticked me off! )

Jurassic World.... eh.... 7.5/10
I feel like it was geared towards teenagers, which doesn`t make sense considering they weren`t even born when Jurassic Park first came out... anyway..
Took a while to get into it, Pratt I found distracting (I watch parks and rec) in a sense it was hard to take him serious.
* spoiler alert, probably going to be a second one. Will wait for it on netflix.

Jurassic world 9/10 I saw it on date night with dh last weekend (8 year anniversary). We saw it in 3d in The ultra avx theatre. I used my scene points and dh ticket was 17$. I feel like the movie was better because we got a good deal on it. But I honestly liked the story and it was my 2nd favourite in the series. (Not quite as good as the 1st one but better than the 2nd and 3rd ones.) I will likely buy in on blue ray.
inside out 9/10 this was a really cute Disney movie (which reminds me I still have to enter the tickets for dmr points) that we saw on Tuesday. I used b1g1 free coupon code so we only had to pay for 2/4 tickets so 14$ for all 4 of us to see it. (We also used a free popcorn coupon).i honestly wasn't impressed when I saw the previews but the kids wanted to see it and it was much better than I expected. (I will likely buy it when it comes out on blue ray.) this was the first movie that kept ds2's attention the whole time so he didn't get fidgety and insist on running around between me and dh or start whining and have to be removed for a few minutes. (Might be the movie was that good or it could be him maturing a little bit either way it's worth mentioning.)Intergalactic Proton Powered Electrical Tentacled Advertising Droids!

Inside Out - 9/10
Really, really good - good combo of funny and thought-provoking (yes, the latter mostly for the adults...).
Pixar did well with another original movie.
Loved the bits at the end credits.

watched on tv, it was called Beginners ( 2010 ) and I really had no idea what it was about. Well it was just lovely! Very emotional but sometimes so so sad, actors were Christopher Plummer, Ewan MacGregor and Melanie Laurent ( who btw bears a striking resemblance to Marion Cotillard ) and it can stir up anger at the mistreatment gays received back in the day ( see madchives? I do hear you! ha ha ).
9/10

Jupiter Ascending 6.5/10
Storyline was VERY original. Music score was excellent. Some of the names in the storyline for the overall backstory was hard to follow. But, DH and I will watch it again at some point.

DW and I are looking forward to The Minions Movie, whenever it comes out...well more so me...that's the kid in me
We saw Inside Out last night.
Funny, sad, thought provoking, hints of adult humour in there that kids wouldn't catch.
We saw it in regular 2D. I wouldn't suggest watching it in 3D if you're prone to motion sickness or get dizzy easily, there was a lot of zooming in and out, from 'inside' the character's heads to the 'outside' real world and vice versa.
8.5/10 (was getting a little slow and predictable near the end)DANGER

Critics and Rotten Tomatoes said this about Terminator Genisys
Average Rating: 4.8/10
Reviews Counted: 114
Fresh: 30
Rotten: 84
Critics Consensus: Mired in its muddled mythology, Terminator Genisys is a lurching retread
that lacks the thematic depth, conceptual intelligence, or visual thrills
that launched this once-mighty franchise.

Spy ( Melissa McCarthy ), I give it a giddy 10/10.
I am biased though I do adore her type of comedy. Lots of foul language though all meant to be funny, so I'll forgive Ms McCarthy. Watch for Jason Statham, I definitely LOST IT watching him!
