Stand Up Guys
I will kindly give this a 7/10, but I know most would not. I am a shameless Chris Walken fan ( just hang off his work and quirkiness), but there was ( IMO) an unspoken awkwardness in some scenes, maybe slightly slow too for some, however when the laughs and conversations clicked they hit dead on. It was fun watching the 3 old guys having fun doing this flick.
2023 had better show some promise or else!

Identity Thief!!
10/10
This gal can just sit there, and with the hair and makeup and her smile ...you are putty in her hands! Awesome job done by Melissa McCarthy
as well as Bateman, Peet and McCarthy's real life husband has a cameo in this one too!! ( Ben Falcone as hotel desk clerk )

Hubby and I may get to go on a date in the next few weeks, thinking Identity Theft would be a good one. Thanks WOB.

Parker, oh yeah it was 9/10 easily.
Why can't I watch that violent stuff with the same ease as DH? I am in the theatre next to him making stupid noises every time these scenes happen.

FINALLY went to see the Hobbit.
even though it started really slow for me and i really dislike that fact that they used way more computer generated Orcs compared to costumed people like they did in Lord of the Rings, i give it a 9/10.
those Orcs looked like they were from a video game!Last edited by Sunshyne1; Mon, Feb 11th, 2013 at 04:25 PM.
