Great thanks OP
The list of acceptable devices now includes: cameras, adapters, tablets, iPods, ink cartridges, mobile and smart phones.
Now whats adapter mean? is it like charger for cell phone tablets or some thing else? We have only those for recycling for a pizza slice, but not sure if it work lol.
Great idea. Thanks. :)
Anybody participated before?
I didn't see any poster at my nearest location.
Is it easy as 1-2-3?
Erase everything from your phone if you are doing this
Easy as 1-2-3. Show device, drop in recycle box and select your pizza slice (cheese / pepperoni).
thanks for posting this, couponlady ... turns out I found a stash of old ink cartridges, and used a couple to get lunch last Thurs. I too did not see any obvious signs about this, but they have a Green box on the counter to deposit whatever you bring in to recycle. I chatted with the 'boss', and they only get reimbursed by Corporate Ofc amount of $1 per item. Regardless, I was not made to feel 'cheap' for just getting my two slices to take home for lunch.
We see this offer every year from Pizza Pizza and it's back for the month of April. Drop off any old ink cartridge, cell phone or other small electronic device at Pizza Pizza and you'll get a free slice of pizza in return. As far as I know this is the first year they've included ink cartridges on the list which seems a bit more reasonable than exchanging an out of date tablet or smart phone for a slice. The items are processed for parts and the proceeds are donated to Children's Miracle Network.
Among the acceptable items to bring in are cameras, adapters, tablets, iPods, ink cartridges and mobile phones.
cool, enjoy
well that went well
she came home with a med pepperoni for $5.49
wtf mom
so i call h.o. to see if all locations are participating - YES
so they want info off the receipt
well she didnt get the receipt
so back to pizza pizza i go with an empty box because the kids were freaking when i tried to take it
the guy at cash was training had no idea (the box is sitting on the counter)
they have a policy they have to give you your receipt or your order is free
so i got our money back four free slices and the kids are fed and happy
Can you explain whats count in adapter, will it like cell ph. charger, comp. or speakers heave plugs (with specific voltage details), if yes we have few, but want to make sure first.
