No idea but if you ask at the PO they might be able to give you an approximate idea.
It should take 2-3 days out of province but in my experience it can be 1 day or 3 weeks
Everything to NF is slowed because of ferry service and ice

it also depends if you're in the same CP ''area''
the closest NB city is 2 hours from my town but as NB and QC are not in the same CP area, it takes longer for a letter from me to NB than from me to ON (±8 hours from my town)

Think it all depends, sometimes slow sometimes fast.
Today I got an Easter card from my dad in NL to Alberta.
It is stamped Tuesday, 8th received it today Monday, 14th :)
