I found a credit code for $10 for the HAILO app, which is for hailing taxis downtown from your phone. I've never used the app myself but I know a couple of people who love it and it seems to have good reviews. Anyways, it's in Liberty Village magazine so I'm pretty sure it's only useful downtown; in fact I think the app is only useful downtown.
