This for $12.19? I'm impressed!
So we are stocking up in everything we can for the house we are buying. I did calculations and we're going to pay double what we are now, but that's okay! We got this!
We went to Shoppers to take advantage of tiger towels being $3.99. I thought great! We only had one $3 off coupon but we had five $2 off coupons as well. Then I find out that snap saves is out of the $1 back per tiger towels.. Grrrrr. Anyways, off we go.
We get there, and they didn't have the two mega rolls left! They had the 6 rolls though, and the sign said $4.99... Minor setback but we went for it anyway. There was also a limit of 4 per person. We could've gotten six as there was 2 of us, but since they were advertised as $4.99 we just got the four.
Also, Mother Nature decided to make a comeback on me and I had to buy tampons as well. U By Kotex was on sale for $3.99 so I grabbed a $1 coupon I had on hand.
We get to the checkout and I looked at my fiancée and said I would run back and put my extra 2 coupons on the shelf for somebody else. I like being a coupon fairy sometimes! So she paid as I ran to the back of the store.
She gives me the receipt and it turns out they rang up as $3.99!! Yaaaay! I was happy.
