    Omgosh, I had an horrid experience today at Ron's No Frills on Welland Avenue in St. Catharines! I was putting some Barilla in my cart and I overhear a gentleman (50ish) discussing me & my purchases with another employee at the checkout. When I get to the front I say, "you Sir are disrespectful & unprofessional" he replies "Thank you" and the female laughs loudly. When I ask the cashier to speak to a manager, I am told he is Mike, the manager. Apparently, his brother is the owner. I've shopped at that store previously and find the staff courteous and helpful. It is sad that management has such a low opinion of the No Frills brand and their customers. Perhaps head office needs to send a memo out telling management if they are going to mock customers they should move a few aisles over. If they can't say something nice, they shouldn't be saying anything..

    well I am certain what he said was not a compliment Millie, that is why someone should know that yes he was unprofessional. I wonder if he would actually get a reprimand?

    Why not message corporate? It really doesn't matter if this brother owns it or not it's a chain store owned by someone else

    Like if I was a CEO of a company and someone messaged me that a manager made them feel terrible and was uncomfortable going back to my store I'd be seriously pussed off!
