So has everyone already checked online to see the cool website and the now-loadable personalized offers?

Update: I printed and used a 4000 wus $30 last Sat and saw that the will-be-awarded-within-5-days points were already added yesterday.

Glad they are up to speed with online offers and loading them onto the cards. I haven't received any personalized offers in several months but I have them now.

I had one card without personal offers last Friday. It now has offers.

Yay! Thanks for sharing info. I am happy about this. No need to print them anymore, or risk of not having offer when I do an unexptected trip. Hope it also means that there won't be any more weeks of no offers for some people.

I like that we get to load each offer individually, not have to load them all like with PC points. Hopefully, their system algorithm will learn from the ones that we choose to never load that we simply aren't interested in the product or offer.

This new system will absolutely end the double dipping of offers or using offer more than once. But I wonder how it will handle situations where I have say a bp offer for milk loaded, as well as a get 8000 pts wus $30 on food/snacks offer and my $30 includes milk. Will it give me only 800 bp for milk, or the 8000 for the $30?

Sadly, the other thing I noticed on the "check out the new features" page, was that the example offers were of lower value than the current ones. The "save $5 wus $75" was particularly sad, but so was 5x the points on something, as I don't think I've seen one that low before Hopefully this does not reflect things to come. If there continues to be 20x the points days though, you can't beat that. No other program come close to matching Optimum.

Yesterday I had two personalized coupons for 500 for milk, 8000 for food and snacks....the cashier could not get them to work together, it kept bumping them out! She eventually entered them manually 1000 points at a time, but did say that milk, juice, and pop is not food or snack...I said really??

I am excited that my husbands card now has offers.....we have never got personalized offers for his card probably because he rarely uses it!!! But his card got better offers than my card he got:
1000 $5 candy/snack
8000 $40 on anything
500 milk
b1g1 deoderant
.99 Colgate toothbrush
1000 Pyrex laundry
500 life brand bags
600 cottage chs
now the big question is will they all work together??? Will be watching this thread closely today for the answer and if the answer is yes I will run do some shopping this evening!!!

Just loaded my offers on both cards (love this new system!) I did notice however, that one of the offers that I used on Saturday and was already awarded points for, is available to use again....hmmmmm do I dare try it??? It's the 8000 wus $30 on skin care (my favorite)......decisions decisions

I used my 8000 food and snacks coupon on $30 worth of milk on Monday. Got added today. I always have milk when I use that coupon. I think there are some provinces where milk is not pointable though

Hello everyone, So if I am reading all the posts correctly and from what the customer service agent said. We can not use any of the spend X amount on snacks or beauty, etc. GET X AMOUNT of points with our smaller offers of say 3000 for Maxwell house or 500 for Soup.

I called today for the first time because I used a spend $30 on food snacks 8000 to be awarded in five days with my 3000 for Maxwell House and 1500 Stouffers that reflect immediately.

Needless to say I won't get the 8000. I totally understand what the agent explained but it kind of doesn't make sense when my base points were 700. Nevertheless I won't be going to Shoppers twice just to make another trip. I will spend the main offer of spend X amount get X amount in 5 days.CLOSE the transaction. Then have the cashier start a new transaction with any of the other offers that reflect immediately on their own in this transaction.

In fact they are likely doing my pocketbook a favour as I will probably be more vigilant in not spending anything over the required amount to get the bonus points on food, snacks whatever the case maybe.

I guess no one received their coupon to be used only on Friday. Remember they used to send us coupons on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

So I guess we can't use 8k bonus points on food on a 20x the points Saturday. I guess I will be limiting my purchase to $30 then since 8k points on $30 is a better deal than 20x $50.
