No those products are not included in skin care.
I can share with you royale tiger coupon,if your store can allow it to use it without my card...lol
The shaving gel and razors and cartridges may be counted towards skin care,
You can check with your cashier if system take the coupon that means it did work for them but if the system doesn't accept it then those products are excluded.
