So its a complete mix up of gaining or not gaining today. Will try again tonight if dh agree (very busy time these days). And will see what happen. 16K points with redeeming a wishful thinking. Can't believe SDM fixed that without letting me try atleast once. lol

I have same coupons,I loaded both to my card both coupons showed but at the end for final payment only one coupon showed....and I got 8000 points only...
They have fixed the glitch
I also bought the gift card to see as other we're getting bonus pots on that my loaded offer did not work on that and I just got base points....

I decided to check my coupon code that shows on my receipt against the coupon code id list it doesnt make the one on the list for get 8000 wus on food and snacks code is 19332. So then I decided to check the code against the e-mailed coupon in my e-mail totally different code was sent that one is 16424. Anyone else have this happen to them

I think 164xx are Friday only offers.

I think that code - 19332 is for the contest card .... I got one on my receipt for 19382 - which matches my card. The other coupon number on mine was 11444 ..... I had two offers loaded to the card - 20x WUS $30 on cosmetics and 8000 pts WUS $40 on anything .... I didn't receive an email with these offers to check the codes .... but neither show as "promotional coupon ID>>>>>" as they usually would and no digital "1" showing it's been applied....

Thanks @dahliagrower that solves it I think the code showing on my recept is for the contest. So no coupon was applied to my shop but it also disappeared off the online account

Also in BC. wanted to use 4k wus $20 in food and snacks plus 500 bonus points for silk soy milk. Neither coupon was applied on my receipt. It is like the personalized coupons were turned off. Will call optimum line tomorrow
