ACK, you're right:

"Excludes: PC Decadent, Cantuccini Biscotti, or Shortbread Cookies, Rolled Wafers, Blue Menu, Organic and Black Label Products."

Ridiculous and misleading! Instead of stating "700 Optimum Bonus Points on ANY PC Cookies" they should state which line(s) actually qualify.

It would be a MUCH shorter list.

Nope, these big offers don't get combined. You would only get one of the two offers awarded.

The offer will be redeemed after one use, so won't be available to use again.

If you are asking about a $ off offer, it only applies to one item. The 5, 10 and 15x points offer on an item get applied to however many of that item are in the one transaction, but only to one UPC (so only one flavour, fragrance, etc.).

Brookside choc. bags were normal price today for $4.99, but if you buy 2 bags you get 1000 bonus pts in case anyone got the food/snack deal and needed some extra points.
