I got a $10 off $50 that was good for today and the till would not take it. Also had a 20x wus $50 on almost anything and that doesnt look like it was applied either, sigh....

My subtotal was 50.56 and I also had $4 in manufacturers coupons.

I did also use a personal offer for $3.99 royale, and $1.50 off any cleaning product.
Can all these not be combined? Does anyone know if being in BC this offer expires at 9pm (midnight EST)?
Really disappointed after putting so much thought into my shopping/coupons etc tonight.

I think the 20x are added on a different day... What was your base points total?

Morning Brit. Thanks for responding. My base was 540. I show the coupon code for the tp and the $1.50 off on the receipt but that's it. I've had problem with this particular cashier before. She doesn't like to give bonus points when you use coupons. I should have watched better that the 20x was actually scanned. I know the -$10 was as I saw the error on the screen.

It was too late to call last night but I will today. I guess the product bonuses may expire 9pm PST as well because I made mote before I left but when I got home the website had already removed them.

manufacturer $ off coupons will count toward your $30. Discount are probably sales and clearance stickers?

They usually can all be combined. I used a $20 off WUS $75 last night (around 8:00pm BC Time) and it worked without a problem - along with some other coups like 8000 WUS $40 on Cosmetics and a couple of other personalized offers. Usually when the coupon is for 20x your shop WUS $50 - they are put on your account the 14th of the following month - so Feb 14th....

Not sure why your $10 off one didn't work though and I don't know now if the $10 off your shop would have brought your base points down for the 20x calculation (ie left you with 440 base points and therefore not able to get the 20x WUS $50). I think originally they didn't affect your base points and then they did affect them. My base points last night was for the full amount before the $20 came off but who knows
