Count me in as one of those who had problems when I used $-off coupons. Code did not appear, no digital 1, and no points.

I called Optimum and was told there has been a problem with the use of coupons for the past week with the threshold promo codes. I asked if there were changes to the coupon policy about the use of coupons for the promo offers and was told no - we can use $-off coupons to bring down our costs. My base points showed I met the threshold. The cs rep added the points right away and I could see them in my account 2 hours later.

on same account i got spend 40$ get 8k whole week, friday spend 60$ get 16k, definately spending that.

For friday I got spend 30 get 20x on beauty. Which is great except we're going tonight to the store that sells Estée Lauder not tomorrow. I don't drive and It'll be near impossible to get there. I want 35x the POINTS!!!! LOL since any EL purchase over 75 gets you 15x and then 20x ontop that's a lot of points!!!! Anybody tried printing the coupons and using them a day early???

No they will not work a day early, and since the Estee Lauder bonus points involve a threshold they might not combine with your 20x offer. That's not saying it won't work with everything that has been going on lately lol, but in theory it shouldn't work.

No they will not work a day early, and since the Estee Lauder bonus points involve a threshold they might not combine with your 20x offer. That's not saying it won't work with everything that has been going on lately lol, but in theory it shouldn't work.

I know I can combine the 2. I've done Estée points and beauty points/face cream points before. Just wondered if anybody has had any luck using an offer a day early. For a redemption no it wouldn't cause as you said there's a spend min but I'm just buying not redeeming. Still waiting for my 30k from last week.

They are having technical issues. Should be resolved tonight according to the rep I spoke to.
I have also been having problems with offers not being awarded, have had to call the last 2 times I made a purchase
Am curious to see how the offers have changed on my card...havent looked at anything since the weekend.
