    Just picked up my replacement card today, so no offers. Probably would have been HUGE ones.

    Hubby got 18500 wus $100 (yikes), and 6 offers for product brands our house does not use.

    Redeemed 50k today instead. 3-4 more days to pension checks. Time to return some of those diapers for food for us. Naaaw

    They definitely can, I redeemed $60 once but she tabbed tot he wrong one and redeemed $170 instead. They fixed it right away, but the options are there for all redemptions

    Anyone know how long it takes SDM to respond to inquiries?

    I had an issue on Friday. My offer was 16000 wus 60.00. I had two separate transactions. One for 80.00 and one for 100.00. Neither one triggered the offer or anyone other offer. SDM said they were looking into and nothing so far.

    If you email them it can take 24 to 48 hours but if you call them the issue is resolved right away but it can take 30 to 45 minutes depending g on how quickly they connect to the rep...
