I don't know of any Chinese bakeries in barrie. The only bakery in barrie that I know of is Fox's bakery.

While Barrie's Farmer's Market does not have a Chinese bakery, there is a spring roll vendor. Ask him if he knows of a local bakery that meets your need. http://www.barriefarmersmarket.ca/vendors.htm
