If this does not pan out ladies RCSS has fresh salmon portions starting Friday that are a bit larger ( 142 grams ) @ $3.97 each. Sadly no great AM or coupons, but nutritious yummy salmon!!
Sad about this. Tuesday nights I am busy. Last week's offer was also Tuesday. I loves me some fish and Metro but can't participate :(!

Picked up three portions of salmon and a few baby scallops for $10.13 - $5 = $5.13.
Had arbario rice in the pantry and leftover asparagus in the fridge, so I made scallop asparagus risotto as a side. Who says you can't have healthy yummy dinner on a budget?

mine doesn't have any fresh fish just packaged fish
My Metro was sold out of the $3 salmon fillets before 4pm! I didn't see any other good seafood deals :(
