Read it forward random house free books

Never did get these :(

I just got the new Read It Forward newsletter, telling me to sign up for the new books. But, the contest rules say:

ELIGIBILITY:
This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) over the age of 18 at time of entry. All federal, state, and local regulations apply. Void where prohibited. Employees of Random House, Inc., its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, and agencies, and their immediate family members and persons living in their household are not eligible to enter this sweepstakes.

Did they change this? Weren't Canadians eligible before? Did anyone actually get one of the books?

Has anyone ever actually gotten any of these Read It Forward books delivered in Canada? I've been on the mailing list for months, but all of their free books offers say "open to legal U.S. residents only."
