I had got mine long long ago... dont really remember when. But I had one last form to submit which I did sometime in the beginning of May and 6 days before 31st May, they returned it saying UPC missing. When I looked at my form, the UPC was clearly written on the back of the form. Not very Impressed by their handling of this. :mad: I didnt bother sending it back as I will be spending another .75c for a GC that is a pain to activate when you get it and they also might refuse giving it to me as the deadline is past.
