Funny thing too. I've been couponing for a few years now and the first time, I had a lady behind me that had issues with my shopping. While I was doing my order I also had to pick up my newborn from the stroller as he was crying. I could tell she was getting upset behind me. They opened up another cashier ( as they always do at my SDM) and she made her purchase there. As she left the store and walked by me she said to the man behind me, "you might want to go to another till she's taking for ever, totally ridiculous". The man had a large order as well. Poor lady that something so simple can upset her, like not being served as soon as she walked up to the till. Life is better with compassion. This thread is currently associated with: Huggies, Pharmaprix, Shoppers Drug Mart, Smart Source, Websaver

Great shop! Unfortunately there will also be some stink bags who try to ruin your day and look down on you for couponing and saving, screw them and enjoy your savings!

Wow, you did great and some awesome deals, good for you. Sorry for that women behind you, I know they just make us unconfortable. I really try hard not to let them get to me but, sometime they do. Now I think that they most have a hard time in their lifes.
Well, thank you so much for sharing and again great shopping........

Cata. I can't remember full details (mommy brain - I think they call it). I emailed them about a promotion or coupon that didn't work for me and they sent out a $6.00 off any Windex product and $7.00 off any Glade.
I also got the free Pantene because a coupon in a magazine ripped when I pulled it out due to the glue on the back. I emailed them and they sent me free product up to $8.49.

great shop
too bad about grumpy person - I'm surprised that the sight of a newborn wouldn't distract her enough to get through the mini delay in her shopping trip. I always melt when I see one.

great deals....I would have said to the grumpy lady," it's worth the little extra time it takes to get all my items for FREE"!!!!!! Then enjoy the look of shock on her face as you walk away!!!!

Great deals! I'm not a fan of grumpy shoppers. I've honestly had a lady scream at me because a cashier was having trouble scanning a 50% off sticker. Just keep doing your thing!

Awesome shop! Nice use of bonus points.
Don't know what's wrong with people...if you're in such a rush then it's your own fault for going shopping when you're in a rush. I work in retail and deal with people like that all the time. The world revolves around them.
Hope you have a great day.

You did a FANTASTIC job! Never mind the Grumpy Gus, you will always run into them no matter where you go and no matter how many coupons you have. I've had one woman tell me to leave and come back when the store was less busy!
Just call me Wolfie

You used how many coupons? About 8? Wow, that's not a lot at all! I would have told the crabby busybody to mind her own business. Good for you saving money. It isn't easy to shop and coupon with a newborn in tow.
