    Ingredients

    1/4 KG Yogurt

    add all ingredients in a juicer and blend them about 2 minutes

    serve in glass drink it and enjoy the coolness of Lassi
    Yup once I drink it in India. Really its very delicious .Its pure natural. Well this time i drink a soft drink Coca-Cola.

    I live in Canada and there are lot of Indians' here .When i had it first time, i really liked it and in the warm seasons i really use to take one glass in a week.
