Target brag today!!

Went to target this morning early..they were just reducing all the sandals by 50%..also pm'd the poise liner pads from Jean Coutu for $4.99, used target web coupon for $2.50 plus $2.00 manufacture's coupon for $2.00= .49 cents per package!!! Pm'd the Huggies wipes from GT For $1.93 used targets web coupon for $1.50= .43 cents ( I know there's manufacturer's coupons out there, but I already used mine)..also got the $10.00 gift card, she tried to use it on my purchase but it didn't work, she said sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't !! I guess with all my coupons and price matching the computer didn't take it ha,ha,ha....

I'm curious about this too - I think SavvyLady might have bought the sandals as well, so OOP would have been over $50. Is that right SavvyLady, did you just mean they wouldn't take the $10 off your purchase (thereby saving you from being taxed on that $10 portion), but gave you the $10 Target GC per the promo?

I am just wondering if you can buy $50 worth of non-Target gift cards, and still get $10 off (or back in a Target GC). I read elsewhere on the forum that it didn't work for someone.

This is the strange thing..my total was $54.23 tax on $36.11 was $4.70 total $58.93 then they took off $6.00 in manufacturers coupons so my final total was $52.93, I'm sure my sub total was under $50 but I still got the gift card..I don't like their receipts they are quite confusing, they take off their target coupons and put it one section then they take off the manufacturers coupons after the total has been done...
Also about buying GC's, I didn't buy any, but I did ask and one sales associate said yes you can do it but you have to buy something else not just the GC!!

Nice shop! I was buying there today, and my total before coupons was $56 but after coupons it was $41 and I also received the $10 GC
