Great deals! That would be a dream come true for me to go to a half price off of everything at the grocery store sale.

Yeah it is just a pity they jacked up a lot of stuff to crazy "regular" prices first lol
Some of the stuff was just a normal sale price after 50% discount, other things I did not buy because it was too expensive even after 50%

i checked it out today, got a few things...the pudding-type cake mix for half of $1.97....stuff & such, cooking bags, pasta,kool aid water enhancer. (never tried it)
the shelves were about 85% empty. they had alot of cheese slices left but like another poster said...their reg. prices are a bit high, so even at half off...its just mehhh.

The individual ice cream cups must be long gone, given the humid weather of late.
Might there be some sunscreen stock left in store? Glad to see SCers are getting deals. Happy for staff that probably are on cleanup duty at this point unless contractor is in to takedown shelving?

Ancaster and Burlington got the Sobeys Extra makeovers (and about 5 months each of construction) so they'll be keepers for some time.

There were two guys there taking down the shelves when I was in the other day, not sure if they were contractors or Sobeys staff but it didn't fall to the regular staff
