I'm glad this brought this back. I remember waiting in line for 8 hrs for this once, just because my location was poorly organized. I think this year I will pass on it...but a great deal overall.

I'd like the Mandarin management and staff to consider allowing themselves the day off with their families. The free buffet is a nice idea but in the social media age, the buffet is a guaranteed way to run staff ragged. Do they get July 2 off in lieu? Or truckloads of Epsom salts to relieve aching feet?

Not sure if I have the patience to stand in line for hours...everybody's off on Canada Day and I would imagine many people wants free yummy buffet.
