Spaghetti with a quick tomato sauce, cereal, or beans on toast!
I always seem to have a can of beans around.

Tuna.
I am famously known at work as "10 O'Clock Tuna Time". Every day at work at 10 o'clock I crack open a can of tuna....pour frank's red hot on it and eat it. It is sooo good and I love the protein.
That is also what I go to when I can't find anything else1Last edited by kanewtz; Sat, Sep 10th, 2011 at 09:48 PM.

I love a good grilled cheese as well, or some shell noodles with cheese whiz...for a quick dinner my go to is spaghetti. All you need is pasta, sauce, salsa and beef if you've only got the bare essentials!
