went to lococo's today (local store for fruit etc)
(1)5 lbs yellow flesh potatoes 2.68
(1) iogo greko pineapple 4 pkg 2.49-.75-.25 checkout51=1.49
(2) local cheese lasagna frozen 5.49
(1) bag of garden salad 2.99
(1) bananas .59lb=1.27
(1) simply free roast beef (expiring soon ).99
(2) large pork back ribs 15.96 or 7.98 each
(1) extra lean ground beef huge pkg 11.88-the ribs and ground beef were on sale
(1) bunch of green grapes .99 lb=.89
(2) corn on cob .60 each
(1) hot house tomato 1.25
(1) huge bag of fries 3.99
(3) barlett pears .99 pound 1.44
(2) tins of kidney beans .99
(1)local strawberries 2.99
(1) table salt Windsor .99

then by the checkouts in a bin
(3) Duracell batteries 2.49-got the triple AAA and AA size 2.49 -1.00 cpn=1.49
this store takes coupons so I always take them in -never know what you might see with a coupon

spent 68 but got a lot of fresh food

Great deals on the fresh foods . . . and then the deal on the Duracell was a nice bonus find! :-)

I didn't realize Lococo's accepts coupons. I'll keep that in mind next time I'm there. :-)

Love lococo's, great shop! They really try and stock lots of local produce too- which is awesome. We try to swing by when bananas go on crazy sale- like 37cent/lb.. :)

I love Lococos too but never asked about using coupons there
Bananas are 39c/lb this week there so I will be making the trip over there, Walmart is fussy about PMing bc they have to be the same type

I love that store. I always buy the big bag of fajita vegetables. Although they are frozen we still love them and they are so handy to throw together fajitas after a long day of work. Less fuss over dinner is fine by me. :)

I love those too, usually a great price for them and they can be used for other meals too
