Target Coupons + Manuf. Coupons

Recently a lot of people have been posting about Cashiers getting picky at Target with manf. Coupons that say they cannot be combined with other coupons.

Has anyone used a coupon with this small print and a target coupon sucessfully. I feel like cashiers barely read coupons most of the time!

all the coupons I have used says can not be combined with other offers but if the target coupon doesn't say that then there should no problem. Target should combine the coupons it is their fault
