For the cats lovers in here who know the races,is that true that a Snowshoes is a kind of Siamese...? I am not quite sure, somebody told me that.
Discovering just by now the site have a thumps up button functions ,when you thinking it was the same thing as the like button.Discovering because I was reading the Fallen Pixen Post on how to thanks the flyers posted by the person...Sigh...I am embarassed to not have know that before!!!!
@SassyAshley: I readed your post on dating and the other stuff you said with all my attention.I am 30 years old ,so basically the same age as you.No I dont have any hobby and my situation is the same as you.Except I live in a appart with my father.I was thinking I dont like dating,I like more my cats and my coupons lol!!!.What I say his I had the hearthbrokens so many time,by not the rights guys for me ,that I given up on that. You know when you get ignored by your best friend(we refind each other because we lived near),we where on 6 primary grade toghether that he dont respond me anymore and dont read my message that I just give up.I dont want to be hurting, especially with all I am going trought since 2 months...but I would said believe in you and dont give up...You know I got this sentence in encouragement by my cousines,I read this sentence often, and this is the word to me...If it is mean to be it will be,otherwhise, something good will happen let the time act.Wish you a good night my friend.
@Crochetlady: I readed your post about your car an Impala. For an idea a 2008 one have a resale value of 4000$ I think.I got that info from my father who is supposed to buy one but maybe not because money is tight, even if his car is finish.
Thanks Cath. Ours is only a 2005...we`ll be keeping it. Can`t afford to replace it. Hopefully he can find a used computer but in the meantime we can drive it.
I've had quite the rough day. however its slowly getting better. hoping by the end of the week that the few remaining issues we haves resolve themselves.
one step at a time, one day at a time.
Hope everyone has a better day today. We are off to Wonderland. Making sure I take Advil lol.
Good Morning All,
MrsS sounds just like me except I usually say one moment and one day at a time. I have really started to hate when people ask for my long term plans on things on things as right now I really feel like all I can deal with is what is right in front of me, once I have taken care of that I will move on the next thing.
Getting the feeling the rest of this week is going to be very long. Some how yesterday I decided it was Thursday which would make today Friday so now I am all thrown off and feel like today is Friday.
Still trying to decide what our weekend plans are, I am sure mom will want to go out but not sure if I just want a weekend in. I have seen a couple good deals mostly on produce but not sure if it is enough to warrant a large shopping trip.
Hope everyone has a great day.
A snowshoe has some characteristics of a Siamese. In the same litter from which we got our Taffy, who is part Ragdoll, there was one who was a snowshoe. A Ragdoll is longhair (it's soft like bunny fur), a snowshoe has short hair.
By the way, I love that Taffy is a Ragdoll mix, because she doesn't have the pointy skinny Siamese head, she has a regular cat head - but still many of the Ragdoll characteristics: blue eyes, markings, bunny fur, floppiness, loveability!
Just a note, too - some of these, like the Ragdolls, cannot be outdoor cats - they don't run away from danger, they would be more inclined to just lie down and roll over, waiting for a tummy rub. ...

Good morning, everyone! :hello:
Another very hot day here, so what I do will be limited by that!
Best part of the day - a 'real' paycheque deposited! First full cheque since husband got hurt all those months ago! Yay!
It's been really, really rough these past months, let me tell you.
To you young ones - put aside emergency money - at least three, if not six, months' wages.
DO IT! :)
good point Ashley. however it seems i get 10 steps ahead, 20 back. i never win.
i've decided to take a friends advice and not worry about what I can't control to think positively.
today. im going to go to the library and redo a bunch of resumes. hand them out.
then go to my parents. (its their 60th today) my son cuts their lawn. wait for him to finish. bring him home, help him complete his SS assignments.
take care of some business. then prepare for August *(GAH!)* to arrive. crap. can we do july over again. nah scrap that.
then cross everything i own and pray the phone rings and I get a job. :):):)
The mom of the little girl stopped by at 5:30pm today to drop off the cheque. It was for the proper amount. I am going to deposit it at the ATM tonight to make sure that it clears before the little girl comes back again next week. The mom somewhat apologized for her behaviour. We are just sitting down to eat supper, so I'll finish my update later.
Yeah I got back into my own house today and brought my Mum too-mind you she has kept me hopping with 2 medical apts and a possible allergic reaction to an antibiotic so we switched that one real quick and she has stopped tingling so I consider that good! Looking forward to return of DH and DD late Sun evening. Happy long weekend to everyone who has one.
