Would advise the following in regards to the contest (I looked at the rules and know this plaza):
-Quebec's Regie des alcools, des courses et des jeux is not mentioned in the rules, so likely it was not paid a portion based on prize values when they are above $100. Thus, an SCer from Quebec should not chance entering.
-It helps if you live in Halton region/Oakville or visit the area. When the plaza has run contests in the past couple of years, the rules limited entrants to those who live in Oakville.
