I was so confused because I get product bonus points always with redemption,
But this time I did not get any,so lots of things were coming into my mind that may be because of new system...

Maybe those that did shop and spend $40 should call if it's a mistake and no correction was posted you may very well get a one time credit due to the error

Anna, it's SDM team we are talking about, not pcplus team who will acknowledge their mistake and award these points. IMO.

Redeem 50,000 points and got 24070 points back almost half the points back
22000 points are equal to $30 but with 25930 points I bought $85 worth of stuff.

1) I have a personalized offer of 12,000 points WUS $50, would I still get my points if I wanted to redeem $ 50 worth of points

2)personalized offer of 8000 wus 40 worth of diapers, milk, would I still get my points if I wanted to redeem my points?

Have you experience combining points offer on number 1 and number 2? What I mean is if I spend $40 worth on diapers and $ 10 worth of other stuff, would I get 12,000 and 8,000points?

No these don't combine in that manner, and no these don't apply to redemptions. Product specific offers are the ones you receive when redeeming.

They were all scanable coupons with barcode...theses types of coupons work with redemption such as VIB coupons,
But coupons with code promo I'd does not work with redemption...

@momi is it better to redeem points like you did or save points for the super redemption day?? i have not redeem yet because i'm collecting and waiting for the super redemption but interested to know other people's plan, maybe i'm doing this all wrong LOL

The cashier did the wrong procedure with my purchase thats why I scanned the receipt after purchasing the giftcard as my baseline. My digital offer was 8000 points WUS 40 on diapers, wipes, abd formula. I bought huggies diapers (used 3000 vib, 2.00 coupon) , pampers wipes used 2000 vib, 3.00 mfg coupon, easy ups (used 3000 vib, 3.00 mfg) . Total amount of coupons used $8.00 , vib 8000 points digital, earned 8410. The 8000 was not detailed on the receipts but I just deduct my points after purchasing the diapers, easy ups, and wipes (58,034 points) to the points earned after purchasing the giftcard(41,624). I did return my purchase and repurchase it again because the cashier keyed different codes, and it screwed up their system. I earned 16410 points and Im happy with it

I am sorry, i didnt understand it completely. I had this 8kwus $40 on diapers, baby food, baby formula coupon. It didn't work on wipes because my coupon terms did not include wipes. I had to buy some baby food to bring my subtotal to $40 for these 8k bonus pts.
