I was at the Rymal store near Upper Centennial Pkwy two days ago. Dresses are very short and sleeveless-a few floral print or purple/pink ones were on the rack. Lots of denim capri type pants or long shorts for about $19.99. Most summer tops are semi-transparent.

I did not check the clearance section, just the summer sale stuff and took a glance at new arrivals. It's apparent there's even less fabric in tops than a few years ago.
