Getting emails with rogers?

Does anyone receive the coupon emails with a rogers email? I've seen people post that they changed their email from hotmail to Gmail and now they get them... Neither my hubby it I have ever received any by mail or email and I've called them many times now...

I have a rogers email and I get the coupon emails.

We have rogers as well and receive the emails
