Just thinking about getting a hot tub sometime in the next year just beginning the learning curve we have had a pool for many years but the last few summers have been crummy, we picked up a portable 'plug & play' to offset the lack of pool time and we are having a blast with it and want to get the 'real' hard wired version. Does anyone have any advice for the hot tub newbies? What to look for? What to be wary of? Options worth having? Thanks!!!

Hubby was talking to a few about hydro rates they said the newer 'eco' ones run about $7 in the summer $15 in the fall (per month) not sure about the winter but our winter here is only about 2 months long (real cold!)
