The guy making the pizzas has no hair net on, he was also the one who cash me out too....notice the hair is stuck under some cheese, so there is no way its my hair on there. I have emailed Dominos about it, will see what they have to say about it. Totally gross me out.

well, their area manager just contacted me, he said their handbooks does not mention anything about hair nets and the inspectors who comes to do their routine checks didn't say anything about hair net either..., he said he will bring up my concern at their next manager meeting. He offered me credits in my account for 5 large any topping pizzas for future use.

back in the days when I worked at fast food places, not mentioning names, everyone was required to wear hair nets, even the cashiers, as long as you are in some type of contact with the food, you need a hair net on! that goes the same for food production warehouses or food packaging companies. I worked at many food-related types of jobs, so I was surprise to hear their manual did not mention about hair net.

I think you should get in contact with Food Inspection Canada.

Contact your local public health unit that deals with food safety or the food handler certification course.
Hats/hair nets are not listed in food inspection question list, though.

But you are correct-food preparation zone workers need to have heads covered.
*Page 84 of the food handler's manual-Headgear!
http://www.york.ca/wps/wcm/connect/y...df?MOD=AJPERES
Hair
Human hair can be a problem both as
physical contamination and microbial
contamination. The average person loses
about 50-100 hairs per day. Hair also carries
micro-organisms, some of which may be
pathogens, so hair must be kept out of food to
prevent food-borne illness.
Headgear, such as hats or hairnets, will help
to keep hair out of food and off of food contact
surfaces. They also help to keep people from
touching their hair and contaminating their
hands. When it gets warm in the kitchen,
people may brush their hair from their
forehead and back of their neck without even
realizing they are doing it. Wearing headgear
would make you more aware of touching your
head and hair.
It is important to wear headgear properly. It
should cover all the hair, keeping hair off the
forehead and the back of the neck.
Exemptions
Food service workers who do not prepare food, such as waiters/waitresses and bartenders, may not have to
wear headgear.Last edited by Ciel; Wed, Aug 6th, 2014 at 06:47 PM.

the guy who called me was not the store manager, he was the area manager, so he is like the boss of all store managers in the area. He just said there is nothing much he can do to make things better since it already happened other then offering me the free pizzas, but he will address the problem at the next management meeting and present the photo that I have took as evidence.

The only reason I asked, was that I wondered why you didn't first contact the manager of the specific restaurant, instead of going higher first.
I would have taken the pizza back to the restaurant and dealt with it there.
