I used a personalized coupon once at this location and because I was getting the product for free, One, the cashier was shocked and thought something was wrong with the computer because it spit out the receipt as soon as she hit enter , two, she kept my receipt and stapled it to the coupon to send to HO. I had to explain to her what was going on but she still didn't get it. I had to run outta the store because if I had stayed any longer she would have taken my cheerios back. I find Scarborough stores are not very coupon friendly. My parents are afraid to use coupons for the same reason.

PS Etobicoke shoppers are the complete opposite, they throw coupons in the garbage or give them back to me so I can use them again

Like someone else mentioned contact Shoppers. When I have a problem I just contact them on Facebook either through direct message or wallpost and they are always extremely helpful. They will make sure you are taken care of!

It is very discouraging to say the least. But don't give up, just try again with a different cashier or try the cosmetics desk.

Sorry you had such a bad time using your coupons a lot of stores want the site where the coupon was printed attached these days. More to do with fraud for PDF coupon misuse but, that's what's been happening over the years. Again , so sorry for your horrible day.
