The suspicion is suicide! What the heck is going on?! Not bad enough that Phillip Seymour Hoffman did himself in, but.......my god...battling severe depression.....I guess there is such a thing as too much of a good thing in gollywood...

Oh Lynn please please let this be a sick joke! I had heard he had entered himself back into rehab not that long ago for a refresher course on his addiction ( I can assume pills, alcohol, whatever? ) The last talk show I saw him on he sounded wonderful and he has young kids still with his latest wife right? Oh this is so terribly sad for those in his family that will ache for him now.

The police are saying death by aspixation (sp!!)

US actor Robin Williams found dead, aged 63, in apparent suicide, California police say.
Marin County Police said they had found Williams unresponsive after responding to an emergency call around noon local time.
Williams was famous for films such as Good Morning Vietnam and Dead Poet's Society.
He had been open in the past about his struggles with alcohol and drugs.

Well, I guess his young kids and family just weren't enough for him, Walks....sorry, my sympathy for drug users is next to nil, having gone through it with our son. And even lower for those who,have the means and all the help in the world to kick their habits. This gushing over his career just sickens me. "he did a lot of good talking about his addictions"....he'd have done a hell of lot more good saying'"Look! I kicked it! So can you!".

Addictions aren't what killed him, depression is I think. So sad, he was a wonderful actor and so darned funny.
