Wow. That is such a yummy win. I would eat all of those chocolate bars myself. (Insert selfish smiley here! Lol)
Yum...wow I wonder how much weight I would gain if I had 30 Lindt chocolate bars at home. That would be dangerous for me! Congrats on a great win!
Anyone who won these coupons expire Sept 30, 2014. You can use at the Lindt outlet boutique as well I think.
No give it to me hehe...cannot wait for mine!
i think i'm getting 17 maybe minus one cuz i think i answered a math question wrong.. cannot wait
oh do a fruit fondue with the chocolate
Incredible win! congratulations!:)
Congrats on the win :)
I wouldn't freeze them, as it will change both the texture and the flavour of the chocolate, and the product you have once it's thawed won't be of the same quality as a usual Lindt bar.
30 bars equals 3 kg. I spent a year living in Switzerland a long time ago. I came back with 6 kg of chocolate (1 kg was fine handmade chocolate in 4 250g boxes, the other 5 kg was 50 bars, 100 g each, several different brands and flavours, including some Lindt). I shared those bars easily with friends and family members. They went really quickly. For my nieces and nephews, who were 3 to 11 years old at the time, I put an assortment of several types of bars in front of them and let each one pick a bar for themselves. They were pretty excited about that, as it was a huge treat. So 30 bars might not really be as much as you think, especially if you can find long expiry dates. Some of them some would make excellent Christmas gifts.
You could also use some for baking before that. My all time favorite chocolate chip oatmeal cookie recipe is this one:
http://www.food.com/recipe/neiman-ma...s-recipe-13307
(love, love, love this recipe, and pecans are the nut to use if you like/are not allergic to them) The recipe calls for an 8 ounce Hershey bar grated, but am sure you could grate a Lindt bar instead. A 100 g bar equals 3.5 ounces, so you could use two bars. The recipe is huge, makes a ton of cookies, so I usually freeze half the dough in smaller balls, and take out as needed and bake up a tray or two of fresh cookies, with almost no work required.
You can crush them an use at choc chips. Choc banana bread, choc cookies, decorate you rice crispy squares. 30 bars will go quickly. If you use the fpc's at sdm on bonus days like 18,500 pts or 20X pts could you get the points for free?
No. SDM uses a separate code for FPCs, and they don't get added to the base total, so no points on FPCs. However, using FPCs at SDM for items that are normally taxed is a good idea, as SDM knows not to charge tax on the items. At Walmart and RCSS I find they always add tax.
On serious side note, you can use it on dark chocolates i.e. 99% cocoa etc and so you will get double the benefit: Its good for your health and you don't have to give them to children on Halloween because many children do not like dark chocolates!
Have you checked the Lindt recipe? Mousses alone can use 3 bars! Instead of eat directly, put them in everything possible. [Still waiting for my mail person].
I'd say TRADE THEM!!! :) Get yourself a whole bunch of other FPCs tht you can use..:)
Nice win ! If anyone has any for trade.....PM me !
Great for christmas stocking stuffer. Lucky you:)
