I also got a reply from Rebecca and explain what happening . Just Hoppin it wan get resolved
Today I got another rep,y from Rebecca was told that she will looking into the issues that I am having . I did mention that all SC members were experiencing the same problem which is Ccessing there inbox, sending PM and seeing there Rep. Just hoping it can get resolve my fingers are crossed since I loved this Forum since members are always ready to share and help each other.
If members here are experiencing different problems I suggest you used the link that @Mechman47 provided.
2 months now with no inbox, reps, etc.
Everyday I click that "settings" tab with a slight glimmer of hope, and every day I see the same database error message.
Still no official response, not even an acknowledgement there is a problem.
I took the time to provide negative feedback on Facebook, not that I believe it will change anything, but it felt good for a minute or two.
IDK if anyone noted it already but in case not, trying to submit trade feedback produces a database error too.
Is SmartCanucks dying a slow death???

While I appreciate the reply even though it only came after weeks of silence, I'd be much more appreciative of an actual, informative update as to what the problem is and what "We're looking into it" actually means, and an ETA if possible.Quote:

I did not hide this thread, and clicking on the unhide link has no apparent effect. In addition, when I am on the first page, clicking "View First Unread" just reloads the page, as does clicking the "2" link that would normally take me to page 2. Same for the "Last" page link, and for the jump to page box when I enter the number 2. .

yes, yesterday I had to reset my password on 2 separate occasions.
Once first thing in the a.m. when it was said I had entered the wrong password. ( I didn't )
but after doing 3 attempts I just let the email give me a temp password and then re-set a new one.
BUT near the noon hour I went o login and again it said I had the wrong password.
Good grief! After 3 attempts i had to let them email me another temp password, and go in and reset a new one again.
Any mods know what the heck that was all about?
