I also got a reply from Rebecca and explain what happening . Just Hoppin it wan get resolved
Today I got another rep,y from Rebecca was told that she will looking into the issues that I am having . I did mention that all SC members were experiencing the same problem which is Ccessing there inbox, sending PM and seeing there Rep. Just hoping it can get resolve my fingers are crossed since I loved this Forum since members are always ready to share and help each other.
If members here are experiencing different problems I suggest you used the link that @Mechman47 provided.
2 months now with no inbox, reps, etc.
Everyday I click that "settings" tab with a slight glimmer of hope, and every day I see the same database error message.
Still no official response, not even an acknowledgement there is a problem.
I took the time to provide negative feedback on Facebook, not that I believe it will change anything, but it felt good for a minute or two.
IDK if anyone noted it already but in case not, trying to submit trade feedback produces a database error too.
Is SmartCanucks dying a slow death???

Acknowledgement that there is indeed a problem is an early step to resolution.
8+ weeks to get there, does not build confidence any resolution will be forthcoming.
