Shoppers Clearing Out Simply Foods

I was just at shoppers to get the simply foods Chicken nuggets on sale. None on the shelf so asked the stock guy if any in the back or if I could get a raincheck. He said no rain check as they are no longer going to be carring simply foods items. They will only be carrying Extra Foods no name brand. On the way out there was a clearance shelf full of simply foods cereal. Keep an eye on your shoppers for clearance simply food deals.

My friend was told ALL Shoppers brand products were to be discontinued in the future and replaced with Loblaws house brand items (do they have Loblaws Omega3 eggs Momi?)-this apparently will include Life brand health and beauty as well as the food items.She's hoping to get cheap fabric bandaids when it happens.Canned veggies were .49 last week here,but are up to .99 as per this weeks flyer.Our store could be a bit different than most,as it is one of the ones to be closed.

No Name? You'd think they'd at least go with President's Choice (even though that's still not great). I agree, Shoppers is going to be ruined . It's already begun with the personalized offers going from "must go to Shoppers at all costs because these are insanely amazing" to "I won't even bother printing"
