P & G printing coupon problem...HELP!!!!

MY OS is Windows 7.
Java is the latest version and latest updates.
When I attempt to print P & G coupons on my laptop,
the red circle of Smartsource dots appear,
they start to swirl and then freeze.
The blinking blue circle goes on for minutes.
Any suggestions?
I was hoping to print out coupons for the fabulous Loblaws anniversary special on Monday>

beside the back button on your URL, there is a little icon( looks like a building block) click on it after you hit the print button.I believe it should ask you to allow and remember.

what browser are you using?

i use internet explorer when i need to use java.

Sometimes it also helps to log out of your computer then log back in. I cant wait till they will let us print from our tablets too.

I have never been able to print coupons from IE only on Goggle Chrome or Safari
