I am having a Facebook 'withdrawal effect'...discontinued my account because this jrk is disturbing using so many diff accounts...I am missing all the good freebies/posts because of that...

I think I am addicted to Facebook...

p.s. how is that nothing is else is working but this site despite the fact that I used my Facebook login to sign up here

Hang in there! I quit Facebook 3 years ago and the first few days were the hardest. I do have a Facebook acct now just for freebies and coupons but no friends and I never use it unless I remember to check the coupon form on this site and they're usually gone by then.

I think you can disable Add friends button , so people can't send you friendship requests.

also you can prevent people from posting anything on your wall. You can block them or block your wall all together.

i have a fake facebook account just get all the FB freebies and deals , so I don't have to give them my real info for privacy reasons

Seems like a lot of people are leaving Facebook. Twitter seems to be more popular among the younger crowds. This may have something to do with people's parents and grandparents getting Facebook accounts. Teens want to brag about their stupidity and can't do it if Grandpa is on their friend's list lol.

i onl;y have facebook for freebies and to keep in contact with my dd's and family...oka few dzen friends from the states too BUT. it's not under my real name but I have is disabled so I don't get friends requests from strangers/
