Have you ever encountered a rude bus driver, or reported one? do they actually do anything about it?
I heard it's union and they don't care/ there's nothing that can be done..
if true, that is very sad..doesn't mean they should act however they want..I have def. come across the meanest/rudest a.holes from time to time.
Just wanted to know what exactly happens when you file a report? what do they do?
one of my answers once was, "we took care of it"...that's it they wouldn't tell me anything else.. hmm.. very believable -_-This thread is currently associated with: N/A

Per Union rules, they are not allowed to release info about punishments but I assume they do get some form of punishment.
Some time ago, there was an incident on my regular morning bus. The driver was chatting to another driver who was riding the bus to downtown. They were talking about the TiCats and mentioned "bloody injuries" which I guess some guy on the bus misheard and thought they were talking about Indians. He asked me a few days later if I heard what was said in case the guy reported him which he said he was going to

I agree with OP, incidents reported are, I would think, dealt with internally but not disclosed otherwise. If it is a regular driver who you know is the driver day after day after day and who has an incident and is suddenly absent a day or two or longer and than is seen again, may indicated suspension or something else. OR he was just off sick or something.
I am sure they deal with it. It is the rude passengers who are the problem most of the time!Insurance Graduate Class of 2014

If the bold text was stated quickly and on a crowded bus, I can see how it could be misheard. I said it fast to myself and yes it sounded like it. Hope no one got burned for it.
Reminds me of working at a Tim Horton's drive thru once. I told a guy to have a nice night, as I did everyone... He phoned in the next morning and said I told him to get a life. I guess it sounded like it to him, I know that I didn't ever say that to anyone. People mishear all the time.Insurance Graduate Class of 2014
