Yea just as I thought, look's like the Brookside chocolate and the Razor went faster than anything else..for me anyways/they weren't available options.
Whew! Finally ordered my samples.
For everyone who experience difficulty in obtaining the samples - use Mozilla Firefox! I tried all browsers I have, time outs, crashes, etc. but worked like a charm in Mozilla. :shock:
ah, so I missed the Brookside and the razor. Bummer.
Got mine finally razor still available if you chose Schick as your razor brand at least that's what worked for me to get razor

I got all 14 just now
My son's just went through. He's at work and can't access a computer, so I had to answer his questions.
He got 11 - declined the dishwasher tabs.
No magazine was appropriate for him - he doesn't watch hockey - so I chose Gardening, and he can give it to me!
Finally! 14 + the magazine (Can Living print), and the razor: my choice was "Mach 3" in the selections, just fyi.
Did a lot of "other" and "private brand" this time.
Oh...and I just rec'd this from Smartsource cust service (2nd email from them)
Agreed Lynn - It really upsets us as well. We want everyone to get our free samples :) I am hearing we are about 5 min away from resolving the issue though :)
I emailed them back to let them know that I finally got through and rec'd confirmation.
I must say, I'm very impressed with their prompt responses to my emails!! Within minutes!

I got all of them but the tea, even though I did select every type of tea. Oh well :)
Also got the hockey news print version magazine for dh :)
It worked smooth as glass for me this time Cocovanilla.
Close up any Smartsource windows you have open and start again.
