Where is the best place to shop

Next week I will be now a resident of Regina and where is the best place to shop and which stores are coupon friendly.

I live near Wascana Park and I know there is an Independent - do they allow price matching?

Are there any Walmarts that do Canada Wide Price matching or even Price Matching from Saskatoon?

Does London Drugs allow coupon stacking?

Usually up here in Stoney Creek I avoid Walmart like the plague - just bad people and never stocked I usually shop at Target because they price match and love couponers. How is it there?
